I was at Citrus Heights Modern Dentistry for the first time this morning and had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left! I’m not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say about the amazing staff at this office from the front desk to the wonderful X-Ray tech AND YES the very knowledgeable and caring and patient Dr. Oh who spent time explaining my situation to me so we could develop a plan that works for me. They have a 5/5 from me and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. ??
My hygienist Nazanin was by far, hands down, THE best hygienist I have ever had.
She made me feel comfortable, she was warm, personable, professional, and clearly incredibly experienced.
I got a deep clean and that’s a two visit type thing…I was freaking out for the better part of a week about getting the mouth injection. I told her about my fear of needles, she acknowledged it, let me know it’s an extremely common and understandable fear, walked me through each step, and I felt immediately more comfortable. Truly the besdental office! They really care about you as a person. Anyone who has had anxiety going to the dentist should give them a try. I was referred by a coworker and will pass it on to anyone else in need.
