I have been getting my daughter's eyebrows done at Beauty by Threads since last year. I have been to both Folsom and Citrus Heights locations. All staff are professional and did a great job everytime. Last week we went to the Citrus Heights location and Kuldeep shaped my daughter's brows beautifully and even suggested the shape and thickness that would look good for her face. We are very happy with their services. Booking an appointment is very easy and waiting time is almost none if you have an appt. Overall, we're very satisfied with their work and customer service. I’ve had my eyebrows done here multiple times by different artists and they are all wonderful. I always worry that they will go too thin as this has been my experience in the past with other threading places. At beauty by thread the shape and size is always perfect, the wait time is very short, and the customer service is great. Recently Kuldeep has been my artist and she always has a smile on her face. I have been coming here for nearly a year and will continue to do so with great results every time!
I just finished my brow appointment with Ashley. She was very kind, gentle and friendly. I typically go to the one in Arden mall because I live in Natomas, but I work in Roseville and decided to come here. I have always had great service and my brows always look great. But today, they look fantastic! Ashley did a great job! I will be back again. Parking is super easy too.
