Jeff at A Step Above is excellent. He has cleaned my area rugs three times and they always look like new and smell great. (There are two businesses with this name, the other is fake FYI.) I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service for those in the Sacramento area!
I can't believe how clean everything turned out!!! There were spots on our couch and chair we didn't think would come out and they are gone. We also had our 8x10 area rug done in hopes it would last a little longer. The results were awesome. It looks brand new!! I highly recommend this company. Jeff was extremely courteous and professional and his pricing is great. We will be using him again soon. Thanks again!!
Jeff cleaned our carpets, and he also cleaned our tile grout. We were amazed with the results he achieved. The grout was filthy, and it looked brand new when he was finished. My daughter came home from college and actually thought we had replaced our tile!
