I pass 6 vetcos on my way, just to go see Dr. Elliott and her staff. Dr. Elliott is more than a vet, she’s like a pediatrician! She treats my best friends and I with so much love, dignity, & respect. She never tries to upsell us anything; and I truly feel heard and cared for.
My pups get sad when she leaves the room, because they really enjoy being in her presence! Even my little Chewbacca, who can be a little feisty from time to time loves visiting Dr. Elliott! I hope I don’t have to visit her so often for bad things, and just for routinely stuff thank you Dr. Elliot & Giovanna for taking such good care of my best pals ? ?
Great knowledgeable staff. Dr. Elliot saw our puppy Benny, was very warm and knowledgeable. Treated our pup for her abrasion, and now she’s on her way to recovery. Michael from the front desk went above and beyond to call the other VETCO location to assist us. The vet tech (I forgot to get her name), was also very helpful and warm. Our overall experience in this location was outstanding. We are likely to switch to this location for Benny’s health care.
I brought my new puppy in for an exam and shots. The staff was courteous and friendly. It's a bit of a drive for me, but the pricing was more reasonable than the vet I normally take my animals to that's down the street from me. I'll be bringing all my animals here from now on.
