I came in with a shoulder, neck, and back injury/spams and after coming in for a couple of months, I feel my posture and overall well-being have enhanced tremendously. They highlight daily meditations that I feel have allowed for inner and outer healing. It allows me to take time to recenter myself and this is something I've been able to practice at the health center.
