Can't say how the service is but we can't even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Not sure if they're overwhelmed with patients or they don't have enough staff to answer the phones. Shame, because they're the closest optometrists to us. :(

My favorite optical shop. Staff is super helpful and patient when you can't figure out which frames to get. Awesome selection of frames. Check this place out before you go to Lens Crafters or anywhere else.

The staff here are so wonderful, even with all that is going on at this medical building. You can't go to early or they doing let you in. About 20 question to ask you if you have Covid 19. The staff outside stay outside in a shaded area but this is awful for the working staff outside in heat. I get it safety first. But I'm sure they must rotate to take breaks I assume. I really hope everyone stays safe!! Until my next appt.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Now open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. Unless in clinic for an eye appointment, all optical shop visits are by appointment only by calling 619-397-3093.
