My personal training during the summer with coach Eduardo was truly a pleasure. He helped me accomplish my weight and muscle goals in a short amount of time. He was very supportive and aware of physical and medical my issues and worked with them in order to achieve better results. He always showed up with a positive attitude and ready to start the training session. It was a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back again after I move back home after college ends.
This gym, has the equipment that is more than enough for the type of training I m taking classes three days a week. The coach Ben , teach me techniques that help me to improve my performance, to have strong muscles . He is constantly suggesting me things that I should correct during the training session I take . After every session I feel better, mi my mind is more focused and ready to play daily.
