I went today to get a blow out and the quality was horrible, the lady that helped out was nice but she clearly didn't know what she was doing, she didn't even know how to wash my hair, half what done I was very upset because she was pulling my hair and burning me with the dryer, she was rushing and it was horrible I requested to have someone else to help me and she said she was going to finish I'm like. Ok... sitting in that chair was a nightmare, after the "blow out " she proceeded to use the flat iron and oh surprise the result was terrible. Went in for a simple blow out styling, and turns out this stylist of 25 years didn’t have the proper tools or techniques on how successfully do her job, even after a picture was shown. The worst part is I was still charged the $35 dollar amount for a style that wasn’t even done properly or correct, and completed her sale with a, “I’m sorry.” Horrible customer service, if it were me, and had an unhappy customer, I wouldn’t of charged or atleast gave a major discount for an inadequate job especially to someone who was a first time client.
