I went today to get a blow out and the quality was horrible, the lady that helped out was nice but she clearly didn't know what she was doing, she didn't even know how to wash my hair, half what done I was very upset because she was pulling my hair and burning me with the dryer, she was rushing and it was horrible I requested to have someone else to help me and she said she was going to finish I'm like. Ok... sitting in that chair was a nightmare, after the "blow out " she proceeded to use the flat iron and oh surprise the result was terrible. I requested to speak to a manager to voice my frustration as a paying customer is ridiculous that Im getting my service done by someone who doesn't have any training on your hair, I get my hair done by myself and it turns out better than what I paid for. I told her very politely that is unfair for customers to pay for a professional and get the results I got, mind you I am a graduate cosmetologist and esthetician I been doing hair for years! She did everything you're not supposed to do. She told me school doesn't matter because they just teach you to get a degree.. like huhhhh?? And then she said my hair was too thick and I didn't told her I have curly hair IT DOES NOT MATTER IF I HAVE CURLY HAIR, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB ! I'm never going back, if you want to loose money and hair at the same time then go there. Pic #1 is How my hair was looking after her blow out! Pic 2 is how my own blow out

Went in for a simple blow out styling, and turns out this stylist of 25 years didn’t have the proper tools or techniques on how successfully do her job, even after a picture was shown. The worst part is I was still charged the $35 dollar amount for a style that wasn’t even done properly or correct, and completed her sale with a, “I’m sorry.” Horrible customer service, if it were me, and had an unhappy customer, I wouldn’t of charged or atleast gave a major discount for an inadequate job especially to someone who was a first time client. If you can’t do the job up front and don’t have the tools, then say something instead of taking people’s money for...read full review
