I made an appointment to see John due to having messed up my neck, hips, and back from prolonged studying. John took his time to listen to me and really wanted to figure out where my pain was. Before the massage I felt like he had a really good understanding of what I was doing to my body to get it so messed up. My back was so tight that I would experience numness/tingling . John decided to do cupping and that helped start loosing my super tight muscles. I will define be back when I get a chance because he was gentle yet got down to my knots.
I recently had a massage session with John, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. John's attentiveness, talent, and extensive knowledge were immediately evident. He skillfully targeted and alleviated the tension in my upper back, neck, and shoulders, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. His expertise and helpfulness made the session truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking relief from muscle tension and stress.
So sad I didn't find Restore Wellness and John earlier. John listens to you and is very intentional with the massage. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders from sitting and looking at a computer all day. Came out feeling 100 times better. Definitely referring my friends and family, and recommend John to anyone looking to get an Amazing massage.
