Do your taxes here at your own risk. Albert from Professional Tax Group did my taxes. After 2 years, I received a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes were not filed from the past two years. To get straight to my point, there was an issue with my pin. However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were accepted finally. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but haven't recieved anything. First time my husband and I used a tax professional. We've always used turbo tax in the past, but this year we had some changes in our situation and turbo tax ended up saying we owed quite a bit. It didn't seem right so we had Albert complete our taxes. He was very helpful and we ended up getting a very nice return. We will be returning next year!
