Awesome combination of strength and sensitivity to deal with difficult customers like myself. Impressive how they held onto my laptop well beyond the allocated time until I finally made up my mind about what to do with it.
Successfully diagnosed and repaired my custom build. I think he's honest and very capable. Turns out I had a SW boot problem. Restored my computer right to where it was when it kept looping the boot up. No need to reload everything. I will use him if I have any future problems.
I am SO happy I found this place!! I spilled my tea on the side of my laptop and didn't think it did anything until later that day I tried to turn it on and the screen stayed black! I took it to Best Buy and they said the turn around time would be 4-6 weeks and that water damage usually costs around $600. I took it into Phase 4 and they had it back within a week and it cost less than $150! I was so stressed I was gonna pay a huge bill I couldn't afford as a college student, I could cry at the relief! Definitely recommend this place for all of your computer repair needs!
