I can’t say enough positive things about Performance Plus Physical Therapy and, more specifically, Dr. Rachel Herman. Over the past two years, I’ve undergone a total shoulder replacement, a total hip replacement, and have struggled with lower back pain. After dealing with some pain in my shoulder, my health care provider offered physical therapy session with Performance Plus Physical Therapy. This was my first experience with physical therapy so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was exceptional, tailoring each session to my specific needs and goals.
