Dr. Martin and his team are the best! I always recommend him because of his quality of work, empathy, and office cleanliness. You can tell that he cares for his staff and his staff cares for him, which is very important because you can tell everyone is happy to be there and in turn they make all their patients feel welcome as well. My family and I have been going to him for many years and have never had any complaints whatsoever.

Let's just say I LOVE DR MARTIN AND HIS WHOLE TEAM! Britney hands down some great of the best customer service I have ever received! She new exactly my co-pay and what other charges I would have before my next visit also had my Pre-authorization done before I left. No hidden costs! I am getting my husband to switch as well as two of my co-workers. For me to write a review it takes a lot! I could stay the whole day and visit with them all.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would and here's why! I've been going to Dr. Martin when it was still being run by Dr. Umokubo. Recently with a new job, I was able to get dental insurance and ended up with an HMO. Because of this, I couldn't go to Dr. Martin and due to the pandemic, I was a bit fearful of going anywhere. Last week I noticed some pain in one of my teeth and ended up going to a new dentist. The new dentist sat me down and began to go over saying I needed 9 crowns, a cavity filled in, and perhaps a root canal. I told them I was here due to pain in my tooth. Even with insurance, it would have been nearly $4000! I was terrified, in all my life I never needed such extensive work done and they kept insisting it would be vital for my health. They never explained what was causing the pain and tried to schedule me as soon as possible to get the crowns done first. When I clarified with them that I want to hold off on the crown and take care of the pain, they let me schedule for a cavity and a cleaning, but that wouldn't be until Feb. 16. I was in pain and because I didn't want to do extensive work they were scheduling me later. Seeing all the work that needed to be done I knew I wanted a second opinion from a dentist that's known me since I was 5. After leaving that office I called Dr. Martin. Brittany and Celeste were amazing. I told them everything and both were upset after learning how I was going to be treated at the other office. They had me send over my new x-rays. Brittany was kind enough to even offer me a discount for my visit when I explained how Dr. Martin was not in my insurance plan. I showed up at Dr. Martin's and showed them the "treatment plan" the other office had given me, and I even handed over my HMO book which had detailed the procedures that could be billed. Celeste and Dr. Martin were upset at seeing all the work they tried to do on me. Dr. Martin even pointed out where they were trying to overcharge me and the insurance. When Dr. Martin looked at my teeth he told me the cavity wasn't causing me pain because it was too small to even really do that. What was causing me pain was that one of my teeth had a hairline fracture! He noticed it right away and was pretty frustrated that the previous office didn't tell me it was causing me pain and had nothing to do with a cavity. Dr. Martin checked out all the other teeth that needed crowns and found nothing wrong with them. He explained how most of those teeth the crowns would be for cosmetic purposes, but if I wasn't bothered by it he suggested to let them go. Dr. Martin and his team saved me a ton of money. They were kind, understanding and not pushy. Dr. Martin even went far enough to make a new treatment plan and explained in detail why things were needed and how long I could hold off on some things. He even offered to help in getting a payment plan for me and see if I could put off fixing things until I was able to switch my insurance. He even was able to schedule me a lot faster and kept everything I told him in mind when trying to figure things out. I ended up choosing to get the work done without insurance and he scheduled me immediately and without hesitation. They even gave me several quotes and explained the reasoning for the prices and what can make it be one price or the other. Over the years Dr. Martin and his team have been very helpful, kind, and very competent. I now know I would never want to go to another dentist, with or without insurance. Thank you Dr. Martin and staff for all of your hard work and dedication to your patients! And if you're reading this, trying to pick a new dentist, consider Dr. Martin and his team!
