I see alot of bad reviews and I personally never had an issue with this company.I got my car a few months before the Covid-19 Pandemic and of course, i fell short on a few payments. By short I mean I never pay ON TIME they usually call me 10 days after and I make the payment.There has been times where I needed a few more days to come up with the payment and I never had an issue communicating and rescheduling a payment date. This is even after the 10 day late payment call.They never reported a late payment on my credit and my payment history is 100% with them.Not once have they came to steal my car, but then again, my mechanic removed that GPS longggggg ago lol.I have...read full review

Thank you Ontime Financial! This company took a chance on me and I couldn't be more pleased. They reported my timely payments to the credit agencies and now I have an EXCELLENT credit score!!! Whenever I called in to make my payments the ladies were gracious, personable and genuinely happy to help. Monique even wished me a Happy Birthday ! I had to laugh at the negative review on here......Hey Lady........if you make your payment.......ON TIME......maybe you would have had a better experience......just saying. All in all.....I just wanted to say Thank You to the entire gang at OTF. I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. OUTSTANDING.

The interest was a bit high even for some of the other lenders out there, but they got me out of a tight spot when I was in need and I now own the car, still very happy with it. They were fast and friendly. They need to post more information on their website, like office hours etc. but other than that was a good experience.
