I liked that you could leave your phone number and they will text you when to come back. Great service. I waited around 15 minutes with no appointment for a walk in.“

“I am seen for chronic migraines. I am thankful that I see a neurologist who finally listens and offers options. The quality of care is wonderful and I feel heard. I would say the only downside would be trying to call in. It's hard to get someone on the phone without being passed around with no answers. But once you and the neurologist have a schedule and plan it's been so easy with appointments.“

“I’ve been getting treatment here for about 3 years . It was a life changer . Dr Navarro and her team are wonderful . To have my back pain under control is a blessing . She does not throw pain pills at you . She comes up with a treatment plan and I’m now off pain pills living an active life , most importantly I’m able to sleep pain free !I recommend her and i also see Christopher Vargas between treatments for follow up appointments . Great team here . I’ve had no issues with billing or front desk . It’s a very busy office because they are good .“

“Just called to get an appointment. I knew Dr Evans had an injury last year and so they hired a female OD but I just found out he passed away. So sad. This was a lovely office, in and out real quick and great prices on glasses. Would love to know what the new office name is.“

“It's a fast urgent care for Kaiser patients . The care is good and WAY WAY WAY faster than any Kaiser office. Highly recommend! You have to win the lotto for a Kaiser appointment sometimes but you can get fast appointments here.“

“I have been here about 5 times since moving to San Diego. Our primary is on East Palomar but when I need urgent care, we come here. Most of the time the wait is very reasonable (45 min-2 hours) but they call and update you. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about symptoms and what to do. All times we've gone, our prescriptions were sent over quickly and correctly.“

“This is my first time here. My last dr was so nice but a nightmare when it came to billing so I decided to change doctors. Dr Monihan had ok reviews so I wasn't too sure what I was walking into but making the appointment over the phone was pleasant and when I arrived last week for the first time with my daughter the front office was so very helpful and so nice. After awhile of trying to get my insurance situated we were finally called back. The wait sucked but I understand bc Tricare online was down again so no worries. The nurse was super nice to me and my daughter. We waited about 15 minutes and then dr Monaghan came in and sat down and instantly started to listen to my concerns with me and my daughter. He immediately started making notes of things and even read the long list of symptoms etc that I had and immediately started to test us for stuff. Needless to say I am happy so far and have a follow up appt today. They are friendly and fast for follow ups and lab work. I just hope the billing isn't going to be an issue. He seems to genuinely care Thank you“

“Doctor Bernal is great. My daughter is 18mon and we have been coming here since her birth for all her periodic check ups. His nurse always tries to get a smile from the kids and is also very helpful. Any parent would be pleased bringing their children to be seen here. I have also done the online appointment booking at times on short notice and have found slots available either on the same day or within 48 hrs.“
