I had a one star experience. When I walked in for my appointment, Alma asked if I saw the text message she sent me I was confused since we set the appointment over the phone. She texted me to move my appointment from 1:00 to 1:30. Anyways I was waiting since 1 o’clock for my appointment did not get attended until 2:30 I was supposed to get a color and keratin treatment. After the color and wash she said that it’s her husband’s birthday and to excuse her for she will not be finishing the appointment and was trying to have me leave home half done. Went in for a haircut and had the pleasure of being in the chair of Ruti. I showed her a photo of my hairspiration and she nailed it!! I left with a beautiful layered cut and a smile on my face!! Thank you Ruti, for your talent and your kindness :)

Bad customer service. My keratin treatment was horrible. I tried to get it redone. The owner gave me issues trying to get this done. They have a sign that you can come back within 7 days if not satisfied. Tried to get it rescheduled but every single time was "booked". Ended up not getting my hair redone. Will never go back to this place. Worst salon experience yet.
