“Went all over Chula Vista to see if anyone with a forklift would help me unload my rooftent from my SUV. all the shops went to wouldn't do it or wanted to charge me $100.00. I went to South Bay Xeriscape, and right away, Carlos said yes and would not charge me. Just showes how honest and humble Carlos is. Once he did it I ofter to pay him and he wouldn't accept. This shows how he is as a person. Literally took 3 minutes to do.“

Had several other guys bid the job, but it was no competition, the only one who explained every detail was Joe, from how many valves were needed to the type of sprinklers I needed, to the best sod available. You can tell that Joe and his crew love what they do! From start to finish these guys were exceptional! Have to give it to Manuel the foreman, this guy is awesome, really payed attention to detail when installing irrigation and sod. They took the time to explain how to adjust sprinklers if needed.
