I am a dermatopathologist and dermatologist myself. And I traveled halfway across the country to Dr Rullan. Both she and her father are widely known for being absolutely the most knowledgeable and savvy with chemical peels and overall medical and cosmetic dermatology. The staff has a cultivated and professional demeanor and the visit, that took a three hour plane ride each way, ran efficient and smooth. I cannot rate them highly enough. New year~new lids and no plastic surgeon involved! ? Not only is Dr. Peter Rullan a very talented aesthetic eye, he is also a very kind and caring man who truly wants to improve your skin. I have seen Dr. Rullan three times. The first time I went I purchased a package that included subcision, filler, TCA cross and laser treatment. I believe he calls it the Quattro treatment. I had very significant improvements in my skin. It really helped my confidence. I saw him again for the same package and then twice to refill the filler in my acne scars. The packages are reasonably priced, he does not price gouge you. He has so much experience and has had a hand in inventing some of the treatments derms use across the country, if not outright inventing them himself (phenol peel). I was really insecure about my skin before I met Dr. Rullan and I am so thankful for his work. He will take care of you!

First off, Dr Rullan is such an amazing and talented dermatologist. I've done his Quattro treatment twice and have seen a big improvement in my acne scars - they're not as raised or pronounced as before. He genuinely cared about my concerns and made sure to focus on the areas I pointed out. At the end of the treatment, I was given a steroid injection to help with the swelling which really worked. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's so difficult to schedule with him. There is only one person on the staff who schedules the acne scar treatments and if she doesn't get back to you, no one will. I called a few times over the span of a few weeks and was told that the coordinator would get back to me to schedule by end of the next business day each time I called, and I never heard back. I wish it was easier to schedule and since I'm from out of town, it's already hard for me to come down to see Dr Rullan. I hope they can improve their system for scheduling an appointment because Dr Rullan is such a talented doctor, but it's just so unnecessarily difficult to schedule here.
