I have been here twice. I am a fan of the threading technique. They are great at it here and efficient. I went during the week in the morning because its not as busy. I highly recommend this place and plan to frequent it.

I have been seeing Sita since they first opened when they were in the mall. I used to go to the House of Beauty in Riverside & San Bernardino so when they opened in Chula Vista they recommended Sita. Ohmygoodness I am SO happy that I went to her! She is ALWAYS outstanding! She is bright, always takes her time & is consistently precise, kind, friendly, a great conversationalist and a consummate professional at all times! I followed them when they moved to this current location. The prices are great, the place is clean. There may be a little wait for Sita but trust me she's worth every minute you wait! Horrible service. She threaded my eyebrows different shapes and thickness and when I brought it to her attention her reply was "I tried to make them look alike. When u didn't tip her she went off to her coworker in a different language. I knew why she was saying which made it worse. Not coming back to this place for threading
