MARIANA IS AN ABSOLUTE GENIUS! I saw a good review for Mariana and Hair by Brnl from another yelper named Lindsay. She's exactly how she was described!!!!! Her services are worth it. BOTTOM LINE: MARIANA IS THE ONE FOR ME!!! SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT SHE'S DOING AND SHE DOES IT SO WELL, SHE'S KNOWLEDGEABLE! My hair turned out better than expected. Mariana seemed humble, SMART, PROFESSIONAL, and SWEET! The prices and services were ECONOMICAL especially for the quality of her work and skills. The quality of Mariana's service meets and exceeded my expectations! She's a natural at what she does. GREAT CUT AND CONDITIONING. GOOD PLACE, FRIENDLY OWNER. Her past clients look fabulous too! She's a winner in my book so look no further. Mariana is such a talented, skilled Beautician! She's a natural!!! Just book with her. Check her Ig (Instagram account) etc. I've lived in San Diego for more than 40 years and I am so glad she came back to San Diego! I decided to try Mariana and specifically requested for her!! She was responsive, sharp, funny and Mariana is a WHIZ at her craft. She took my dry, coarse hair and turned it to look smooth and soft! My boyfriend and I were impressed at her professionalism and her humble yet fun, humor. She knows what she's doing. I got text reminders on my phone for the appointment, that's so professional! I had not been to a hair salon in ages and anything would be better than nothing. I have experienced other stylists who don't know how to cut or style. Mariana knows her job and does it well!!!! I wanted a clean, polished look and a trim. I got exactly what I wanted and I was so impressed with her skills! She knew just the right amount to cut. I trust her judgment! She cuts precisely and styles so well. It's been a long time since I felt normal and pretty since the pandemic and Mariana is exactly what I needed. I am going again and will invite my daughters as well and my friends.Her studio is cute within the sola studios building. At first, I wasn't sure where to go because it was my first time. Everything seems so high-tech in little cute air-con box space. I AM SO GLAD I WENT. My hair seemed impossible to fix or do anything to but Mariana did an Amazing job. She styles well, uses good products. Time went by so fast with her. We felt welcomed. I was so impressed with Mariana's skills, her work on her past client's hair that I simply had to try her for myself. I didn't get to take a "before picture" but you would be amazed if you saw the before picture to compare to the after. You would see how damaged my hair looked but when Mariana conditioned and cut my hair she made it look presentable and the back looked so pretty. I found my Holy Grail. I am in awe. I posted my photos on Facebook and a lot of my family and friends loved them. I like to promote genuine great services. Mariana of HairbyBrnl was a wise choice for me. I am so lucky to have discovered her!! BRNL deserves the best! REVIEW! I'll be seeking more appointments with her.

HUGE thank you to Yelp for helping me find Mariana! While making my appointment she was very responsive and answered all the questions I had.On the way there, I was thinking to myself how I don't really have a set hair person I want to go for everything but after meeting Mariana and having her work on my hair, I now have my favorite hairstylist!! She listens to exactly what you want and gives you the best options! She wants to make sure you get what you want and does her best to do so!I highly recommend her and she deserves all the 5 stars she has! Thanks for my new hair Mariana, I love it! (:

Mariana is the best hairstylist I've had so far !!! I've gone through so many other stylist and I've never walked out looking and feeling absolutely fabulous I'm grateful for her because I walked in not knowing what to expect and it's like she knew exactly what I wanted. I've always been insecure about my hair. Past hairstylist experiences weren't so great as I mentioned earlier due to poor communication and skills. She successfully gave me the exact look that I wanted/pictured. She had demonstrated her knowledge on hair and broke it down for me as to how realistic and attainable certain looks are. Get the Olaplex treatment !!! Huge difference!! - She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it- She's very clean and professional and has very good work ethic. Very patient too.- Punctual!- Her salon is covid friendly. We both had our masks on the whole time. - She was working at a great pace. She was attentive to my hair when it was in the bleaching process. My hair felt very healthy even after bleaching. - GREAT communication Super friendly I got tons of compliments on my hair since I walked out I found my long term hairstylist I will pay top dollar to sit in Marianas chair again.
