I stopped in at Grainger Chula Vista and Suzie saved the day with exemplary service. She smiled and had a friendly greeting as I approached the counter. The store is very clean and neat. I need a pulley adapter bushing so my service team could put a paint booth AMU blower back together. Suzie quickly found the bushing I needed and threw in a few pulley keys, too. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, and I left with a smile, too.

Every employee I had contact with was couteous and professional. They made sure I had the right paint for our campus playground project and answered so many questions. They helped to pick out the colors and got the materials for us within 24 hours. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs supplies and support. Ordered some cable connectors and wanted to pickup next day. I work in the shipyard so due to traffic and the fact that Grainger closes at 4...it would be difficult to get there before 4. I arrived at 357pm and the door was open and they were happy to help.
