I went to this try out this class for women’s self defense for the first time and I feel that I left with a lot of new knowledge. And this gave me the opportunity to open my eyes into the reality and the dangers that women face in the world and the importance of self defense. I absolutely loved this and I would definitely take some classes here! 10/10 !!!!!!

I love the way Professor Elias teaches his self defense classes, he integrates life experiences into it, which helps grasp the move. Life in general is our biggest battle, you never know when you just might need to use one of these self defense moves on someone. I learned a lot today, but what I picked up on the most was knowing that I’m doing the right thing by pushing my daughter to continue in a combat sport and now even more in Jiu Jitsu. Thank you so much to all the other coaches I met as well! ??????

I have been training here with my brother for almost 3 years and we absolutely love Professor Elias and every professor who teaches here. Professor Elias has such a huge heart and opens up his gym to anyone and everyone. I highly recommend to take a WOMEN’s self defense class!!
