I live at the Pointsettia Apts in Carlsbad and my upstairs neighbor had a water leak in his bathroom, EZ Water Damag rew came and repaired damage and cleaned area so clean you'd never know anything happened, Also the workers were very polite and made sure that me or my other neighbors were nor inconvenared in any way. Very professional and courteous.
EZ Water Damage was at our house within one hour after we called. It was at night and they quickly figured out the roof leak and started to clear all of the water. We had damage to two bedrooms and downstairs living area. Estaban was not only efficient but knowledgeable in every aspect of the situatuon. They worked with our insurance company and was very reasonable. I recommemd this company!!!
My washer recently broke down and flooded half of my home, I called Ez Water Damage Restoration Services and Esteban the supervisor came out right away. They took care of the drying process, repairs and and they billed my insurance directly. They did an excellent job, my home looks like nothing ever happened.
