“I'm 69 years old and never thought I'd be saying this ever....I LOVE my dentist!! Sam Halabo is kind, professional, honest, and he can be funny too. He has the patience of a saint. For me, all of that has made me not be nervous and anxious. The front desk ladies are also very kind. I've mostly dealt with Raya and she is very kind and professional. She will always help you anyway she can. The gal that cleans my teeth, Cindy, is great at what she does. She is very sweet. Again, I highly recommend this dental office. I just wish I had found it sooner.“

All they have are great professionals starting from their reception and admin headed by Jessica, dental hygienist like Rick, and two knowledgeable dentists Dr. Mariano and Dr. Aldo Espinosa who started it all serving his community from all walks of life.“

“My favorite dentist is Norma and her team! I've been going with this dentist for a couple of years now, and I love everything about it. Everyone is very friendly and professional! I got a couple of crowns, a few fillings, and aligners. Norma never tries to "make up the problem" to perform more treatments. She is always honest and not pushy. My 3-year-old daughter loves it, too.“

“I am really happy with the service I received!!! Fortunately, I met Carlo who was very helpful, considerate and caring! He saw my file and recognized the dentistry i came from because he had worked there for 5 years. He took more time into me because he knew they had done bad work. When he saw my teeth tartar was still left on my left side and I couldnt believe it because i was ripped off and plus work was not done right! He told me to not worry and there was different ways to solve it. When the time comes for deep cleaning Carlo was amazing! Nothing compared to the other dentistry. I am really happy with the service. Also, Dr. Drachenberg was very nice and professional and he knew my situation with the previous dentistry because of Carlo. I Recommend this place!!“

I've been having issues with my partial not fitting well and she has tried to explain the reason why this issue is happening and has given me a lot of options to correct the problem . “My daughter has a history of being scared of new things. She's a toddler. Today was her second appointment here, a cleaning. Dr. Z interacted with my daughter in a way that made her less nervous. She showed my daughter the tools she would use, would ask her questions to distract her, showed her all the goodies in her bag and then when she was all done (10 minutes or less) she addressed us (the parents) our concerns. 10/10 experience today, so much so that I had to write a review. “As a person who worked for the Dental industry for six years on and off, this practice is probably the most well run practice I’ve ever been part of as from the perspective of both patient and staff member. Dr. Spencer, Mercedes, and Ana have been my dental providers for just over a year. Fortunately even through three job changes, I’ve been able to maintain a relationship with Dr. Spencer because they go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of from making my appointment to processing my claim.Please do not listen to the other reviews. I genuinely love coming to the practice because I know I’m going to be greeted with authentic quality care. Yes, procedures take time, but all the ladies educate me on why I need my treatments, from cleanings (regular prophylaxis to deep scaling and root planing treatment. The more time spent in the practice means better quality care, especially in dentistry.Dr. Spencer is so motherly, caring about all her patients and remembers everything I talk about between every three month appointment. Mercedes is sweet and wants to ensure you feel comfortable because Dentistry is scary and intimate. Ana is an aspiring dental hygienist and is a sweetheart. Dr. Spencer understands she’s young and still has much to learn, but Ana is well on her way to becoming an amazing dental provider.“

“Due to previous bad experiences with dentists (at other offices) I was already on edge coming to Village Dental. I'm glad I didn't read these reviews or I would have passed on what has been an overall pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in everyone I came in contact with was kind and caring. When the X-Ray tech learned I was anxious he went and got Dr Zahraa Ahmad who immediately put me at ease by doing the one thing previous dentists haven't: she listened to me. She sat with me and thoroughly explained what procedures I needed and why. I never once felt like she was just trying to get me to agree to unnecessary procedures, unlike other offices. I also don't feel like they are more expensive than other offices - the quote they gave me was about the same as a previous dentist. Dentist are expensive, even with insurance and like I said, at no point did I ever feel pressured. As great as the staff is, the dental hygienist Ang is why I will come back. As nervous as I was, she made me comfortable (well, as comfortable as you can be in the dentist chair). She made sure I was aware of everything she was doing and constantly checked to make sure I was ok. It was obvious she cares about the person in the chair and that compassion shows. For the first time in a very long time I'm not anxious about future visits, I'm looking forward to them.“

“Honestly surprised how bad the ratings are, such a friendly and educating staff, at least in my case they're really working with my needs and what I can actually pay for, as well as educating me on how to take better care of my teeth. Besides the amazing care they have been extremely friendly to me and are super comforting especially being someone that hates dentist office, or at least is very scared of them. The only reason I rated them four stars is because of the lengthy root canal treatment that I'm going through, it's nearly taken about two whole months and I hate this temporary tooth with whole soul.“
