Went in for the first time and the front desk guy is really nice and good but the assistants are too timid and don't speak up enough and i'm only 21 so i hear just fine. They need some confidence it's annoying how timid they are. The dentist told me i was nervous when she hurt me trying to drill a cavity but no honey you just didn't give me enough numbing!!!! She did it three times, a sharp cold pain shot through my face and she told me i was nervous...duh i'm nervous you're hurting me!!! Filled it lopsided and jagged and sent me home. Now i can't drink or eat on that side or i'm in immense pain. I couldn't hear her either through two masks and an accent. no problem with the accent just please can ANYONE in this office speak up PLEASE?! Traumatic enough for me not to go back even for it to get fixed.
Dissapointing, I had a few appointments here and it will be my last. The worst was, when I needed an extraction due to a cracked/broken tooth she was not even able to get the whole tooth out and said I needed to come back a second time to attempt it again. After I came back for a cleaning they said my fillings are cracked and started drilling and my mouth was just not balanced after that, and didn't even pay attention to the previous extracted tooth until this day I have half a tooth still lodged in. Not going back
This office is a waste of time, if you're looking for a new dentist I would suggest looking elsewhere. They don't help with much, so many things have been overlooked in regards to my treatment, I'm now getting the help I was needing with a different Dr.
