“I was very stressed about the water damage inside the walls of one of my bathrooms, which was caused by a water pipe breakage. I was able to see water bubbles on the surface of the wall ready to pop.
So I called Xpress Restoration and within less than an hour, Giovanni Franco, a Water Technician from Xpress Restoration, arrived at my door. Giovanni and his assistant immediately ran moisture tests and found that the moisture inside the walls traveled from my bathroom, to the laundry room, and into my garage. Giovanni measured the moisture content in every wall and showed me the moisture readings around the affected areas.
I felt a great relief after Giovanni completed his tests, as he showed me the limits of the water damage, and told me that not all walls were affected. Giovanni took the time to explain to me in detail the various steps in the mitigation process, the extent of demolition required, and the options available for reconstruction.

“I've seen "Smitty Built Ins" advertisements for years and have always wanted to employ Rich to do some work for us but wasn't able to fit it in our budget till now. The wait was worth it! He just completed installing 5 BEAUTIFUL window moldings for us and I couldn't be happier! Its important to point out that we had some major problems with 3 side by side windows that were not even. Rich worked long and hard to make the sizing problem invisible in his finish product. He even came to my house 4 times to make sure I was happy with the design insert that would hide the problem. I've included pictures of the windows mentioned above along with a close up of the design but the lightening is making the detail a bit hard to see. Take my word for it-its gorgeous!

We have now employed Rich to do our baseboards for our entire downstairs so I will post another review once that is installed but I know they will look beautiful!“

After I found a couple of separation spots in the fence I called and asked for it to be fixed and they agreed but said they couldn't come for a couple of days. I agreed that they take their time as long as they can get the job fixed.I messaged them multiple times, with no response, and it wasn't until I told them that I'd take it up with the Better Business Bureau that I got a txt back and he promised to come by the next day this was on 3 /14/23.It is now 4/12/23 and am still waiting for them to come and fix the gaps on the fence. Terminaron a tiempo y yo les pagué.
