An update report from my follow-up visit at my vet. Dr. Suau did an excellent job of listening to my conclusion of how my dog got a puncture wound (chickens pecked her) which quickly turned into an infection and hematoma. Her and her staff drained her mandible area, did a great job of pressure wrapping her wound (acclimates from my vet) and sent me home with pain meds and antibiotics. The following day was a follow up at my vet with good news she's healing well, no wrap or daily changes of dressing needed($68 a day), so I'm grateful so many levels! She's wearing a travel pillow instead of a cone to keep her from scratching it. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours, pretty good for an ER of any kind! Staff and doctor were kind, caring & professional!

This was our 2nd experience at The Pet Emergency and Specialty Center. Each time the staff and doctor were kind and effecient. I hope not to need them in the future. But if we do,,,,,I feel sure that they will be there for us.

Thank you to the staff and doctor who treated our Benji! This was our first visit to this center for treating our puppy. The young lady at the front desk greeted us and informed us of the process of checking Benji in to the facility to be seen. the veterinarian was extremely nice and assured us that Benji would be okay, which was a relief! Thank you to the staff and Dr. Bachman for your superb service! First impressions are lasting!
