I started my acupuncture sessions about 4 months ago. I had shoulder pain and sciatic nerve pain. At that time I was doing physical therapy, chiropractor and cortisone shots. Pain killers and of course the icyhot and applying heat. I was still in constant pain. After each of my acupuncture session my pains kept getting better and better. Now months later I only do my acupuncture session. I no longer need to do the rest. I feel back to my normal self. They are amazing In what they do. I highly recommend them.

I want to say that Bonita vista acupuncture (Jillian ) is an outstanding acupuncturist, and I would recommend her to anyone. and was a bit leery of nontraditional medicine. My problem started as a stiff neck and progressed to almost constant pain and very limited range of motion. After four months of muscle relaxants and physical therapy which failed to help, my doctor referred me to Jillian With in two weeks of treatment I started to improve, and after six weeks I saw significant improvement. Dr. Jillian is simply the best! She is clearly passionate about helping people overcome chronic pain. I have a severe back injury (ruptured L5/S1) and have had debilitating back pain for years. After just one treatment I felt better, my pain was diminished and I felt like the top of my body was reconnected with the bottom of my body. Sadly I don't live close by, but if I did, I'd be on a regular treatment plan.
