I've been bringing my clothes here for 10 years. The cleanliness of the work is inconsistent. Because it's near my job and can clean in a day, I continue to patron. Here are recommendations to get your cleaning to be more successful. 1. Unless you tell them where the stains are they will unlikely pay attention to them. However, if you indicate where the stains are located then they will pay attention. 2. If you are aware that an item is tearing or needs to be held let them know in advance and this will protect your clothes from being ruined. 3. Going out of town and need your clothes in a jiffy? Can't wait a day? Ripped your favorite dress and need a quick sew?'Burns' gots your back. The only cleaners that cleans on Saturday. I've been servicing this business for years. I bring at least 15 items every two weeks and I'm still flabbergasted at the prices. Didn't cleaners used to be $2.00 an item?'Burns' brings care to clothing.
