Very attentive and fast service. Came here because I had hurt my back. I got expert care fast and an xray. Great place to come for Urgent care. I liked that you could leave your phone number and they will text you when to come back. Great service. I waited around 15 minutes with no appointment for a walk in.
I've been here multiple times for various ENT(sinus infections requiring amoxicillin and other medications) issues but my most recent situation with impacted wax was the scariest because I literally couldn't hear from my right ear for a week. Thought I was developing an infection, had vertigo from the pressure, headache, itchiness in the canal, the whole nine. Ashley took direction from my provider PERFECTLY and did my canal lavage better than I could've asked. No pain whatsoever and amazingly communicative throughout the process to make sure I felt comfortable voicing any of my concerns about pressure or temperature whenever she changed the orientation... read full review
I've come here so many times and have honestly always had a good experience. The staff are really kind and make you feel heard. The wait usually isn't too long but I'd say to expect at the very least an hour maybe. I've gotten seen by Keeler multiple times too and she's honestly so sweet and knowledgable. Can always appreciate a really good visit here because too often I've gone to hospitals or just places with medical providers who weren't attentive or very helpful or respectful which is kind of the worst when you're feeling sick or need urgent care. Highly recommend this place!
