I had several estimates on some work needed on my plumbing. One company in particular estimated several thousand dollars worth of work would be needed to repair the situation. I called in Absolute after reading their reviews on Yelp and they fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively! I didn't need all that work the other company said I needed; they were trying to upsell me to increase their revenue. Meanwhile, the guys at Absolute were honest and showed integrity. I highly recommend their services.

Had an appointment and no show! I did get a confirmation the day before but they didn't showed up or call to reschedule. I called and left message without response, pretty frustrating. I can't recommend this company because of its deficient customer service, bummer.

While I understand everyone is busy, not showing up at all or calling to cancel the appointment is unacceptable This is how Absolute does business and it demonstrates their lack of respect for customers. So unfortunate to see in a local company.
