After going through YELP's reviews and reading ABOVE & BEYOND's website -- i thought i was on the right track of finding that HONEST, RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE plumber. JOE GARCIA proved that he TRULY lives by his NAME and what's advertized on the website. His family-owned company and team of workers (i met Juan, David, and Viviana by phone) not only met my expectations -- expert workmanship, detailed professionalism, respectful courtesy -- they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Joe gave NO bait-n-switch, just UP-FRONT rates for our three plumbing issues -- even told us how to save money by buying the faucets ourselves. Joe gave us a $50-DISCOUNT for the inconvenience of changing our scheduled appointment due to an emergency. He put in practice the "ABOVE and BEYOND" by coming to work on SUNDAY -- which was Mother's Day! (But no worries -- May 10 is the Mexican "Dia de las Madres" which the family will celebrate today, Monday.) Joe finished the other faucet Monday, when he came with David even before 8am sharp.
