Wow. It would have been 10 stars if available! I can't believe the service I received from Ceasar!!! He answered my request immediately for help with my Macbook Pro 2015 with Ventura which was not functioning correctly. I scheduled an appointment via phone and he walked me through the whole process and now my computer is up and running like it should. I have read online that the Macbook Pro 2015 is one of the best computers out there and he tells me he owns one and agrees with me. He is patient, clear, and does not try and sell you anything like upgrades... and the price was right! Once again, Ceasar, thank you.
