We have been using Western Exterminator, Chino office, for the past 50 years with no problems. Our monthly pest control specialist, Alan Banales, has always been great. This year we have had an issue with rats in our attic. At first we had a lot of problems with communication, follow-up, and not having phone calls returned. This was not Alan's fault, since all he could do was relate our problem to another team. We were very dissatisfied. It was as if they didn't care. However, once Gary Moran, Operations Manager, heard about our problems with Western, things took a change for the better. Alan is our person . When he comes out he is always polite, respectful and friendly. He is a joy to have as our exterminator and it would not be the same if we would to get a different person.Service: Bug & insect extermination
