Very bad experience. Nothing against the people- doctor Scot is funny and staff is polite, but most importantly they don't know how to respond to their clients in a timely manner. We ordered sunglasses to add prescription but it took over a month! So ridiculous! Every time I call to follow up they give us this excuse or whatever they're working on. When asked when it'll be ready the response is always another week or so. We already paid in full though. It shouldn't take that long. If it would take long, we should be notified/ updated instead of us calling them. The receptionist responded in a nonchalant tone which made us more upset. We won't be coming back again. This happened twice already!

I have been going to this office since 3rd grade. I am now a 27 year old teacher and I still make the drive back each year for my annual eye exam. They have always looked after mine and my family's eyes. I even was able to be squeezed in for a minor eye emergency (thank goodness I came to them for a second opinion as I had gone to urgent care and received a misdiagnosis). Overall, friendly staff and doctors.

The owner of this place does seems to have any clue any to run business. I have visited the location for more than 5 times, each time, I encountered a different person that doesn' seem to know anything. Also, they doesn't bother to call the client when the glass was ready. I've had two pairs of glasses made there, each took three weeks...I am sorry, I will not be back.
