Update: The manager of the place found time to fix the issue. She is a lovely lady, definitely cares about her business and reputation.The young girl messed up my eyebrows completely. It is uneven, looks like shaved vertically in some parts, just horrible… Soooooo disappointed!!!

The young girl who made my eyebrows completely messed them up!!! My two eyebrows are uneven, seem like shaved vertically in some parts. Very disappointed!!! Update: Sofia, the manager of the place found time the next day and did her best to fix the issue. She proved that they value their customers, their reputation, and ready to do their best to provide best services possible. I really appreciate her being so understanding and helpful. I've been coming here for years every two weeks great place always quick and friendly I highly recommend Sofia first chair and the second chair Saru if Sofia isn't available she's next best runner up!
