Mobile Kangaroo - Apple Authorized Service Provider

These guys are amazing!! I’ve already had two experiences with them and both times they went above and beyond! The first time I had cracked the glass on the front of my phone and they were able to get it back to me all fixed up the same day. Special shout out and thanks to the mobile kangaroo associate Michael because the 2nd time I had cracked my phone, my charging port needed to by cleaned or replaced, my cameras were acting funky, and my battery capacity was at like 77% they were actually able to get me a new phone and for a $50 deposit fee I was able to take my phone home with me and use it while they ordered my new phone. Amazing customer service by James was able to reschedule me for repair on my phone. When I dropped off my phone, James explained to me the process was able to get me in and out within less than an hour. If I ever have any issues with my phone, I will definitely be returning once again thank you James.

Had a great experience here, Michael was able to get my phone charging again after months of me wiggling the cable trying to get a charge. Just needed to clean the charging port, cost me $20. Took about 10 minutes max. Great service provided by Michael highly recommend.
