John the Owner is amazing and awesome, such a professional and he’s so much more than the words I can write here! He’s got a terrific staff like Pedro, Carlos and Armando!!! They came to my rescue and installed a new air conditioner at my office in record time right before our next heat wave!!! They are so awesome and patient, professional and courteous, clean and prompt!!! When they tell you they’ll be there they’re there!!! Very professional service. They installed a heat pump and straightened and strapped all ducts for improved airflow. Good attention to detail. Crew laid drop cloths and kept house clean.

Armand Adame came out to do maintenance on our air conditioning systems (we have 2). He was polite, thorough, and informative, so much so that we scheduled to have someone give us an estimate to replace one of the systems. Armand, not only did a great job, but he represents his company well.
It's now summer and we had to opportunity to use the air conditioning system that Metz Air installed. Over the 40 years we've had 3 air conditioning sytems installed. None worked as well as the system installed by Metz Air.
