Our real estate agents Leticia & Alberto Sotomayor helped us buy our vacation home in La Quinta and they were wonderful. My husband and I were very specific on what we wanted for our family to create lasting memories in our home. We saw multiple houses and we had our heart set on a home that was perfect for our family. Leticia and Alberto are top notch at what they do. We contacted them to sell a property. From the first meeting with both of them, we felt at ease and sensed they were truly honest people that enjoyed what they did. During the first open house (only one was needed), we received over 7 offers, well over the asking price, and I know for a fact, this was to due to Leticia and Alberto's experience in pricing the property accurately, not with some exaggerate, over the top asking price, as some realtors tend to do.
