Dr. Lauren Anderson is great, very kind and caring doctor that truly hears you out and personalizes a care plan just for YOU. Non-judgemental, empathetic, personable, knowledgable, and professional. She does not treat you like another science project, she treats you like a human being which is much needed in this facility. Very happy I found Dr. Anderson as she is a great addition to my care team.

Dr. Koyle is great. Really good doctor. Been seeing him for several years. No complaints. He'll listen to your needs, will examine you, and will diagnose if need be. He doesn't push vaccines or meds on you. Kaiser Chino-Grand is technologically savvy. It's easy to check in. I checked in from my phone. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Lab was quick too. Waited less than 5 minutes. Got in and got out. My results were on my KP.org app within 2 hours. Wow! That's efficiency. Impressive.

Scheduled an appointment at this office for my disabled sister. The facility is newer, fresh, clean and open. Staff was friendly. I wanted to call out a friendly face and willingness to help by Ronde. Since this was our first visit there he explained the processes for the facility and when my sister was called he helped her to the elevator and treatment area, as I had stepped away for the restroom. His responsiveness to her needs and assistance was outstanding! 5 stars for Ronde.
