My family has been coming to this office for a few years now, and the phlebotomist Jimmy is absolutely amazing. Whenever my husband and I need to get blood tests, it can be a stressful and nerve-wracking experience, but we’re always relieved when Jimmy is the one drawing our blood. He’s very caring, kind, and gentle, and he always gets it on the first try without causing any pain.

Dr. Lauren Anderson is great, very kind and caring doctor that truly hears you out and personalizes a care plan just for YOU. Non-judgemental, empathetic, personable, knowledgable, and professional. She does not treat you like another science project, she treats you like a human being which is much needed in this facility. Very happy I found Dr. Anderson as she is a great addition to my care team.

Dr. Koyle is great. Really good doctor. Been seeing him for several years. No complaints. He'll listen to your needs, will examine you, and will diagnose if need be. He doesn't push vaccines or meds on you. Kaiser Chino-Grand is technologically savvy. It's easy to check in. I checked in from my phone. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Lab was quick too. Waited less than 5 minutes. Got in and got out. My results were on my KP.org app within 2 hours. Wow! That's efficiency. Impressive.
