Dr. Lauren Anderson is phenomenal. Truly takes the time to get to know her patients and setup a care plan that is personalized. Kind, empathetic, non-judgemental, and extremely professional. Grateful to have found this doctor at KP Chino Grand.
Very friendly staff from the check-in thru the labs. Very professional at their work. The Vision Essential office is one of the best in this location, my wife ended purchasing finally her prescription glasses.
Easy and quick to get labs done at this location. And the staff are friendly and helpful. If this location is an option for you, you should grab it. Smaller pharmacy that somehow gets your rx correctly and quickly. Also, this location is one of those, organized yet unstructured locations that help take the anxiety of having a medical need. And feeling comfortable, safe and well cared for always helps the recovery process.
