This Is A Great Kaiser Permanente Building In Town For Anyone, Including Me. I Remember When This Building Used To Be A Movie Theater But Closed And End Up Being Demolished. This Theater Closed Because Of Harkins, Which Is Bigger, Cheaper, And Better. In Other Words, Chino Avenue Does Not Have So Much Traffic Compared To Grand Avenue. I Also Must Say That This Kaiser Building Has All The Essentials Provided From Flu Shots To Eye Exams And Glasses. I Must Say That The Doctors Here Are Helpful And Easy Going As Well
Dr. Lauren Anderson is phenomenal. Truly takes the time to get to know her patients and setup a care plan that is personalized. Kind, empathetic, non-judgemental, and extremely professional. Grateful to have found this doctor at KP Chino Grand.
Very friendly staff from the check-in thru the labs. Very professional at their work. The Vision Essential office is one of the best in this location, my wife ended purchasing finally her prescription glasses.
