Could not be more pleased with Innovative Design Concept !!! Best experience communicating with Victoria and Moses. We had kitchen counters installed and purchased kitchen cabinet handles. Every thing was always made clear and the timing of the project was very good. Very professional staff from ordering , measuring , to installing, all associates were a pleasure to work with. They also do cabinets. We would definitely recommend them to everybody who is looking for remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms !! Thank you again IDC Vito and Diane

We had our Kitchen remodeled with IDC and really liked working Pete (and Robert) and appreciated the attention to detail. Innovative gave us a great quote (we got 7), used quality materials, and their custom cabinets are made locally at their Chino location. We replaced our ugly 1970's hollow core press-board cabinets with gorgeous solid maple and everyone comments on how beautiful our kitchen turned out. It truly looks like it belongs in a magazine. We love the pullouts, but I do regret that we did not add them to all of the lower cabinets. Lesson learned, do it 'right' and don't scrimp on such an important room in your home. We had a remodel of our kitchen done and we were very pleased with the work. They were neat and tidy and hung plastic to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. Jacqui did a great job with helping us design the kitchen. Auggie and Santiago were incredible to work with daily. They are very creative and sometimes changed the finishing touches on site. Pete is good to work with and very responsive. Our kitchen is beautiful. It took longer than we were told, but it was worth the wait.
