This place is top of the line, I’ve been receiving treatment here for 4 months, up to 3 times a week, not once have I had an unpleasant experience. I’ve mainly dealt with Chantel who is courteous and professional at all times, she is always helpful if I need to reschedule do to work and accommodating around my schedule. Let alone a great personality and daily attitude to all the patients. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They continually ask questions about how my treatments are going and how to improve. Definitely one of the most seamlessly ran medical offices I’ve received treatment from.

Back in April I got into an accident that caused serious back pain, I was recommended to Hess and I can say this was THE BEST decision ever.I have been attending Hess Rehabilitation for three months now and the staff here is AMAZING! Everyone here is super accommodating as to making sure they are mending to the pain with care and knowledge. Shantell always makes sure you are comfortable as well as being super informative and friendly! Thank you Shantell for everything! And thank you for ALL your help Hess Rehabilitation Center!

I just want to say that my mom and I have been going for about a month and a half after our car accident and it's always AMAZING service by Chantel!! She is such a kind soul and she is always asking if we are feeling well and takes the BEST care of us! The service is always quick and easy and Chantel makes us feel very comfortable!
