They were kind and generous with their time. I wrote the wrong appointment time and showed up 20 minutes late. Thankfully they weren't busy and were able to take me anyways. Took the time to listen and checked my eyes out throughly. Checked my insurance coverage and let me know if which glasses were covered.
Go here for your eye care Chinoans and stop selling out and going to the Hills. Previously went to Crum who is cool people but place became like an auto dealership where they are peddling high cost glasses.
Outstanding! Very professional! Very gentle, kind, understanding and very thorough in describing treatment for your eye care needs. Dr. Hensen has a passion for his patients’ eye care needs. i have personally gone to this practice for approximately 33 years for all of my eye care needs! Thank you Dr. Hensen! And thanks to Eyecare Specialists of CVO for having doctors like Hensen & Pearlman for their many years of experience and expertise in eye care. Also, their staff is amazing and second to none at their jobs as well! They are very professional and knowledgeable about the business of eye care!
