I had a Sego Palm stump I needed removed. I already removed all the fronds and dug around the stump making it loose. But I could not cut it so I sent a request for estimates on Yelp. I received multiple estimates from $150 to $325. Well on the positive side I received a very reasonable estimate from Joseph at All Star Tree Experts for $50. Well I tried calling for three days with no answer and no response I also replied to his text from Yelp with my phone number. Still no response. I would have paid as much as $75. Finally I went to Lowes and purchased a Craftsman electric chain saw for $64 plus tax. It was the cheapest they had. The first cut at the bottom of the stump took no more than 45 seconds. Then cutting the remaining roots took about 3 or 4 minutes. Done, complete. Now that I have a chainsaw I would gladly do 5 minutes work for $50 or $60 for someone else. I don't necessarily mind if he changed his mind but at least reply. All the other estimates were ridiculous but at least they were honest up front.

We had a very large Jacaranda tree that was at least 60 feet tall in our back yard trimmed on Monday by Allstar Tree Experts. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after they finished. It was cleaner when they left than before they started. I am very pleased with the job they did. I fully recommend Allstar Tree Experts. I will definitely call them when I need any tree service again.

After starting the job and realizing that they underbid the job, they just walked away. The excuse I got was sick crew members. Job not complete and still got an invoice. The invoice was a partial invoice than when added to a new quote by another company has left us in a much higher expense Then they had the idea to send a crew unexpectedly after refusing to complete the work.
