Ray and I had a little mix up in our scheduling, but he promptly responded to every message, and once we had clarification he came right out. He even was able to clean an extra rug for me when he came. I'm very happy with his service. With other companies I've had problems with the rugs being too wet after they left, but not this time. I will definately use him again.

Alex responded to my initial inquiry about carpet re-stretching very promptly and he offered a price that was reasonable. He did an exceptional job repairing the ripples that developed due to a poor install from 6 years ago. I forgot to take before and after pictures but the ripples were completely gone from three bedrooms, closet, hallway and family room.
