Had to cancel due to an unforeseen family emergency on the day of my appointment and was still charged $40 by booksy. My original appointment was for a 4pm slot that otherwise would have never been filled, and given the suddenly emergency, I cancelled as early as possible. I think it should be have not been charged given the situation and the knowledge the slot would have remainder open

I took my son here and am so excited to have found such kindness and talent in Kelsi. She asked questions, listened to our answers and his preferences, and made suggestions. She took her time and showed tremendous attention to detail! We love the outcome and really are happy to have met her. He loved the cut, kind service, and that she was so thoughtful in how she treated him. Thank you Kelsi!

Plain and simple, great cut! Kelsi was nice, conversational, and my favorite, punctual! I can't tell you how much I hate it when I make an appointment for a time and don't get seen until 20-30 minutes after. Get outta here. This isn't the clinic. Anyway, I have no complaints with how Kelsi went about doing my hair. She was responsive to what I asked for as well as clear and concise and I got EXACTLY what I was looking for. First time customers were 31$ a cut and after that it's 36$ , and to be fair, that's the most I've paid for a cut, but you can't put a price on comfort, results, a hot towel, straight razer line up and a neck massage. I think the best part about my visit was, believe it or not, I'm not a huge talker when I'm getting my haircut and Kelsi never really pushed me to talk. Lol. Weird thing to like, I know, but I do NOT like barbers who feel like they have to talk, or have me talking, like bruh let me just sit there and vibe and I'll let you know. Overall, good cut, good chat, good spot. Highly recommend.
