I would be very careful using this Guy and company at the shoppes in Chino Hills. We had a phone screen repaired, when we got home we noticed the LCD had spots in it where the color was bleeding, a corner of the glass was also not installed properly. I spoke with them 2 or 3 different times over the past week and was told it would be repaired at no additional cost. After showing up to an empty booth 2 separate times it was finally back open. I was then told that the phone had been dropped and that he would not replace the glass as I was told. Just be careful. It was poorly installed and defective. Hello. These guys broke my phone and said they didn't do it. Don't come here unless you want to pay to get your phone broken. I'd rather just do it myself.

Save your time and money and take your business else where. Terrible customer service and work. I took my phone to get the screen fixed and they gave me back a broken phone. The phone wouldn't charge when they gave it back, and their excuse? I didn't touch that. Wouldn't even try to see what was wrong with it, or give me a refund!! Luckily I called my bank and issued a refund, you won't be getting my money!!
